COVID burnout is happening to many of us, and understandably, given this is history in the making and bringing up lots of challenging and unfamiliar feelings, we might not have all the coping skills and self care tools we need to manage it. In addition to this, we are mostly experiencing all this in isolation, with working from home being the ‘new normal’.

It is important for all of us to recognise that whilst we may be feeling all these impacts for the first time, they are completely normal, given the circumstances. What is also healthy, and often the first step in working through the burnout and fatigue, is talking about it in a safe, compassionate, and practical way, and learning what additional tools and support we can use to help us through it.

These workshops on “Covid Fatigue & Self Care'' are designed to create a supportive and light environment to share and normalise our experiences and understand the psychology behind our emotions, and what we can do to help ourselves, and our loved ones, in tackling it. We also look at effective strategies in working from home, staying connected to our colleagues and workplaces and healthy routines in lockdown.

COVID-19 burnout workshops and wellness programmes

Living in the current pandemic alongside all the implications on our professional and personal lives this brings, it is becoming apparent that many people are feeling depleted, withdrawn, anxious, uncertain and overall burnt-out. We are referring to it as ‘Covid Fatigue’.
